Who can join Trini Rewards?
Adults (18+) living in Trinidad & Tobago. We verify location and basic details to keep the panel honest.
Is membership really free?
Yes. Membership is free, and there's no fee to redeem rewards. Research clients pay for studies; you don't.
Are paid surveys legit in Trinidad?
For Trini Rewards, yes: it is an opt-in online survey panel connected to Caribbean Market Research, established in 1970 and an ESOMAR member. Membership is free, and you can leave any time.
How long does signup take?
Under a minute. First name, last name, email, mobile number (where your airtime rewards go), region, and consent. We email a magic link to confirm — no password to remember.
Do I need to verify my identity?
We send a magic link to your email at signup. Some studies may add a one-time verification step (e.g. phone or ID for high-value research), but most don't.
Surveys & invitations
How do I get surveys?
We invite you by email when a study matches your profile and there's a quota slot open. You'll see the topic, expected length, and reward up front.
Why did I get screened out of a survey?
Studies recruit specific audiences (age, region, brand use, etc.). If your profile doesn't match the open quota, the survey ends early. You'll still earn a small screen-out reward in many cases.
How long do surveys take?
Most launch studies run 5 to 45 minutes, with the time and reward shown before you start.
Can I take surveys on my phone?
Yes. Trini Rewards is designed mobile-first. Studies work on any modern phone, tablet, or desktop browser.
Rewards & redemption
How much is a reward worth?
TT$ airtime value shows in your dashboard first. The cash-out screen confirms the carrier airtime amount before you send.
How much can you earn?
It depends on the studies you are invited to and complete. Trini Rewards shows the reward before you start, and you can cash out once your spendable balance reaches TT$25 as prepaid airtime.
What's the minimum redemption?
TT$25.00. Once your spendable balance reaches TT$25.00, you can cash out as prepaid mobile airtime for your Trinidad and Tobago number.
Can I cash out a partial balance?
Yes. Once you're above the TT$25.00 floor, you can cash out any TT$ amount. Your balance stays in your wallet until you do.
How long until my reward arrives?
Airtime sends after the live estimate and carrier response confirm the transfer. You'll see the TT$ airtime amount, status, and transfer reference in your dashboard history.
Does my balance expire?
Balances expire only if you go 12 months without logging in or completing a survey. We email you a reminder at month 11, so you always have time to redeem first.
Payouts & timing
When do I get paid?
Cash-out is automatic mobile airtime. We confirm the phone number, estimate the TT$ airtime amount, then send through DingConnect.
Why is there a 7-day hold on survey credits?
We run quality checks on every survey response — speeding, straight-lining, attention checks. Credits show as "Pending" in your wallet until that review clears, then promote to your spendable balance. So you only see real, valid earnings.
Are there any fees?
No. The amount you cash out is the amount you receive. We never charge to redeem.
What if a survey credit is denied?
You will get a notification with the specific reason. Repeated denials may trigger an account review and may suspend the account per our Terms.
Which rewards are available?
Mobile airtime at launch. It works with Trinidad and Tobago mobile numbers and avoids bank, card, and manual disbursement details.
How do I get my airtime?
Cash out from TT$25 to prepaid Digicel or bMobile airtime. The airtime top-up is sent to the Trinidad and Tobago phone number on your account.
Does airtime work on postpaid plans?
Rewards are sent as prepaid airtime top-ups to Digicel and bMobile numbers. Postpaid (monthly bill) accounts cannot receive top-ups, so cash out to a prepaid number you control.
Privacy & security
Who sees my answers?
Research clients receive aggregated, de-identified results — counts, percentages, themes — never your name, email, or direct contact details.
Will I get spam?
No. We email you only for study invitations, account confirmations, and occasional panel updates. We don't sell or share your address with third parties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time. Account deletion removes your profile and personal details from the panel. Aggregated study results that have already been delivered to clients can't be retroactively pulled, but they don't contain your name or contact info.
